Users can create pages with static and also dynamic contents such as texts, images, videos, etc., WP Bakery is one of the popular plugins for content editing. When you are trying to create a new page, you can click on this WPBakery Page Builder button:
Make sure that you are viewing the Classic mode for drag and drop builder:
Click the “Add Element”, you will see a list of available elements, for example, you may want to search for “text” or “image”, since there are so many useful elements, we encourage users to create a blank new page to try different elements.

Finally, change the permalink for the page if needed, you may want to change it to a more user-friendly URL since this is for public access:
After editing the page, don’t forget to click Publish button at the top right corner in blue color, then you should see a new page in the page table:
